Recipe: Masala Potato Salad

While we definitely advocate staying away from processed carbs, sometimes, it is okay to allow for whole carbs, like potato (alloo). Always a great crowd pleaser.
Here’s a recipe for a quick, low-calorie recipe with a leftover potato (alloo) spicy snack (chaat).
Alloo Chaat
- 1 whole baked or boiled potato (skin on, if you prefer), cut into bite size pieces 
- 1/4 red onion, minced 
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced 
- 1/4 fresh green chili, minced 
- Juice of 1/2 lemon 
- Rock salt to taste 
Masala Potato Salad (Alloo Chaat)
Add ingredients into a bowl and squeeze the lemon juice on top. Give it a nice, friendly stir.
Then, stand back, because it disappears quickly!
